THIS PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF PCB WHICH IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE DUE TO ITS VICINITY TO ST. ANDREW STATE PARK, SHELL ISLAND, CAPTAIN ANDERSONS MARINA, AND SIGNAL HILL GOLF COURSE. ALL WITHIN 1.5 MILES, 5 MINUTE DRIVE OR 30 MINUTE WALK. THERE ARE SHUTTLES IN ST ANDREWS THAT WILL TAKE YOU OVER TO SHELL ISLAND.

YOU CAN WALK TO THE FAMOUS SCHOONERS RESTAURANT BAR AND GRILL THAT IS A 15 MINUTE WALK ON THE BEACH OR TO THE FAMOUS CAPTAIN JACKS ALL YOU CAN EAT SEAFOOD AND CRAB LEGS OR EVEN CAPTAIN ANDERSONS AND WATCH THE FISHERMAN ROLL IN WITH THEIR CATCHES FOR THE DAY.
